The stories, artwork, characters, settings, logos and other creative material published by Arborforge Studios are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

Unless stated otherwise, the rights in Arborforge Studios publications and website material belong to Arborforge Studios Limited and/or the individual creators credited on that work.

Our Publications

Purchasing a comic, digital edition or other Arborforge product gives you the right to enjoy that copy for personal use.

It does not transfer ownership of the copyright, characters, artwork, setting or other intellectual property contained within it.

Sharing and Reviews

We are happy for readers, reviewers and fans to discuss Arborforge projects online.

Reasonable use of small excerpts, screenshots or promotional images for things such as reviews, commentary, discussion and news coverage may be permitted under applicable law.

Please do not upload or distribute complete comics, substantial portions of our publications or full-resolution artwork without permission.

Artwork

Artwork published by Arborforge Studios is created by the artists working on each project.

Artwork should not be reproduced, sold, redistributed or used commercially without the appropriate permission.

Where an individual artist retains rights in their work, those rights remain with that artist.

Fan Creations

We love seeing people engage creatively with the worlds and characters we publish.

Non-commercial fan art, discussion, cosplay and similar personal fan activity is generally welcome, provided it is not presented as official Arborforge material and does not suggest endorsement by Arborforge Studios.

Commercial Use and Licensing

You must obtain permission before using Arborforge Studios intellectual property for commercial purposes.

This includes things such as merchandise, publishing, commercial artwork, adaptations, games or other products based on Arborforge material.
