Standard Retailer Terms

These are the standard terms offered by Arborforge Studios to approved retailers purchasing our products for commercial resale.

We are happy to discuss alternative commercial arrangements with individual retailers. Different pricing, order quantities, delivery arrangements, sale-or-return terms or other conditions may be agreed depending on order volume and the needs of the retailer.

Where alternative terms have been agreed in writing between Arborforge Studios and a retailer, those agreed terms will take precedence over the relevant standard terms below.

Standard Retail Pricing

Our standard retailer discount is 40% off RRP.

For individual comic issues with a recommended retail price of £4.99, this results in a standard retailer price of £2.99 per copy.

Orders containing 20 or more eligible comics receive a 45% retailer discount off RRP.

For individual comic issues with a recommended retail price of £4.99, this results in a volume retailer price of £2.74 per copy.

Different available issues may be combined to reach the 20-copy threshold.

Minimum Order

Our standard minimum retailer order is 5 comics. Different available issues may be combined to meet the minimum order quantity.

Delivery

Standard UK retailer delivery is charged at £4.99 for orders below £50.

UK retailer orders of £50 or more qualify for free standard delivery.

Payment

Payment is required in full before dispatch unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing with Arborforge Studios.

Sale or Return

Our standard offer includes sale-or-return for 6 months on a retailer's initial order.

Eligible unsold copies may be returned within 6 months of the original order date, provided they remain in resaleable condition.

Return postage is the responsibility of the retailer unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or contains incorrect stock, please contact Arborforge Studios as soon as reasonably possible so that replacement stock or another appropriate resolution can be arranged.

Recommended Retail Price

The recommended retail price for each product is displayed within the Arborforge Studios retailer catalogue.

Retailers remain responsible for determining the final selling price charged to their customers unless otherwise agreed as part of a specific promotion or commercial arrangement.

Retailer Accounts

Retailer accounts are available only to approved businesses purchasing Arborforge Studios products for commercial resale.

Retailer catalogue access, wholesale pricing and retailer ordering facilities must not be shared with unauthorised third parties.

Arborforge Studios reserves the right to suspend or withdraw retailer access where an account is misused or is no longer being used by a genuine retail business.

Stock Availability

All retailer orders are subject to stock availability. Arborforge Studios will contact the retailer if an ordered product cannot be supplied as expected.

Alternative Commercial Terms

We welcome discussions with retailers who require larger quantities, recurring stock orders or alternative commercial arrangements.

Depending on order volume and the nature of the retail relationship, Arborforge Studios may offer alternative wholesale discounts, pricing, order quantities, payment arrangements, delivery terms, sale-or-return periods or other retailer-specific terms.
